If at any time, within 60 days of your most recent order, you are dissatisfied with the product, send in a request for refund. Please include your name, address and order number in your request. Product refunds are limited to the most recent purchase and are limited to a maximum of the purchase price of your most recent shipment. Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable. You agree that the parties shall settle any claim or dispute relating to these Terms by binding arbitration in San Antonio, Texas under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
